At iptv Xtreme 4K, we want to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase. If you have any technical inquiries, do not hesitate to contact our support team before requesting a refund.
1. Refund Conditions We offer a full or partial refund under the following circumstances:
If we are unable to activate your subscription within 24 hours of purchase.
If our service is down or not working for more than 48 consecutive hours due to server issues.
If you accidentally purchased the same package twice.
2. Non-Refundable Situations We cannot issue a refund in the following cases:
One-Day Events: Refunds are not available for subscriptions purchased specifically for a single sporting event or a specific movie/show.
Internet Speed: We are not responsible for buffering caused by slow internet speeds on the customer’s side (Minimum 15 Mbps recommended for 4K).
User Error: If you are unable to set up the service due to lack of technical knowledge (Our support team is always available to help you).
3. How to Request a Refund If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us at contact@iptvxtreme4k.com with your order number and the reason for the request.
4. Processing Time Once approved, refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
