At iptv Xtreme 4K, we want to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase. If you have any technical inquiries, do not hesitate to contact our support team before requesting a refund.

1. Refund Conditions We offer a full or partial refund under the following circumstances:

  • If we are unable to activate your subscription within 24 hours of purchase.

  • If our service is down or not working for more than 48 consecutive hours due to server issues.

  • If you accidentally purchased the same package twice.

2. Non-Refundable Situations We cannot issue a refund in the following cases:

  • One-Day Events: Refunds are not available for subscriptions purchased specifically for a single sporting event or a specific movie/show.

  • Internet Speed: We are not responsible for buffering caused by slow internet speeds on the customer’s side (Minimum 15 Mbps recommended for 4K).

  • User Error: If you are unable to set up the service due to lack of technical knowledge (Our support team is always available to help you).

3. How to Request a Refund If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us at contact@iptvxtreme4k.com with your order number and the reason for the request.

4. Processing Time Once approved, refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
